96 spec cluster into 00 issues

Just picked up a 96 spec jdm itr cluster for my 00 ls

Swapped all the gauges from the itr cluster into my ls housing

Everything works fine except the speedo, anyone know why?

Did you take the green film from the usdm cluster and put it on the jdm one?

No, I took all the gauges out of my us cluster and put the jdm gauges in it

I would re-look it over, make sure you didnt leave something unplugged. Did you try out the jdm cluster before swapping the gauges?

Found the problem, a screw was loose
