I got a 95 civic with a b16 bottom end, just put a stage 5 cnc post-n-polished head on it, and now the car wont start.

The car has fuel and spark, turns over, just wont start.

The head has a 5 angle valve job, major port-n-polish, etc. but is running stock cams. Could that be my problem?
