Default photography....the resurrection

ok seeing as how my first thread got locked. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=267076 heres a fresh one calling out to all the photography aficionados.

Vantage, i tried playing with the aperture settings as you said. my camera, fuji 4900 compensates for a smaller fstop by decreasing the shutter speed...pretty cool so i dont get underexposed pics

check

heres a few shots i took with a slower shutter speed...

Wow that nice, even though I don't know jack about photgraphy. I guess you goal is to get the background as sharp as possible... i think.

Nice going.

The first two pictures with the battery and the cell phone are a perfect illustration of what I was talking about.

Sweet pics.

I'd like to see one with the Speedo AND the Tach, like while accelerating... Might be hard, but that could be cool.

cool pics, ive found that by shooting from a low vantage point, u can get some cool shots. [learned that here on HT ]

here are a couple of shots i got by holding the camera out of the car door below the molding. make sure ur camera has a wrist strap!

EpDarks. thats a great idea of having the tach and the speedo go up. i'll have to try that. i already know its gonna be really blurry tho

my favorite.
would be sweet if it went from 0-red but still sweet...

oh yea also for some cool shots is slow down the shutter speed and move the camera left or right a tiny bit, it gives it the motion blur.... tripods work great for it. also ever try double exposing your film. taking a roll of film and logging your shots and then take corresponding shots on top of the already taken pictures... cool affect as well if you can match your shots up right...

i tried taking it to red, but my damn EX cut off at 7K lol

most of the time my shaky hands give the motion blur automatically lol. never tried that double exposure technique, i guess digital cameras do have some limitations compared to their film counterparts

Now you just need to eliminate the tungsten lighting effect (orange). Add more cyan (opposite of red) and some green and blue to daylight balance the color.

Been a semi-pro photographer for 15 years now.
