I want that flat black trim and rat rod look and want to have a ready to spray paint. what else is out there if this isnt that good. thanks

 

no flat black is good... its played out and well over-done

trim black is for trim pieces :rofl: you need a basecoat/clearcoat automotive paint using an ultra flat clear coat, aka DC5775 from diamont.

you need to buy it through a paint store that sells BASF products

SEM sells catalized trim black that will work great on th ecar, and is pretty cheap, and being catalized, last a long long time, and doesnt fade out. Its played for sure, but the SEM has been used by a lot of traditional hot rod and kustom guys, which is where my background is. Hope that helps.
