i have 95 civic hatch i swapped a d16z6 into been driving for about 6 months since the swap now its bogging out under a load, until full throttle it runs fine it idles fine revs up fine (not under a load) i changed cap roter wires plugs tps map fuel filter the check engine light isnt on it doesnt do it every time i drive it, it seems like it does it more with more accessory's on headlights blower motor radio etc. but i check the charging system and its fine

 

It's probably the fuel pump. The electric fuel pump is susceptible to power drains, especially when it's already having problems.
