Default tps problem please help

i bought a blox 68mm tuner series throttle body, i swap it out with my b16a throttle body. i move the map sensor and tps one by one, and i didnt damage the tps, well i hooked it up and start the car, and my rpm shoot up to 3k (cold) and less then 2sec after it start, i have a cel 7, which tps. so, i loosen the screw and let it spring back little, then still got the cel7, and my rpm is all over the place, it'll stay at 4-5grand, and will not stop. i step on throttle quick, thinking may be stuck throttle body, but it'll idle back down to 3, then when i drive it then it jumps to 4-5. i really don't think my throttle body is sticking, becuz i hand turn it, and it always return back.
could the tps went bad during swapping into the other tb? i didnt hit the tps sensor in anyway and is not broken.
someone told me i need to calibrate... i m not sure, i always just swap the tps and it works,
any info will help, thx.

is it moving fine with the tps off? if so you probably bent the tabs installing it wrong and now it doesnt fit right causing the interference. if not, take a look inside and make sure the throttle plate isn't hitting anything as it trys to close, and make sure your throttle cable is adjusted properly
