Where can you buy relays?????
I cant seem to find these anywhere on the net. Maybe im looking at the wrong site, but I cant find any bosch or p&b relays. Basically the stuff used for starter kills. They sell it around where I live for like $6 each but I know its cheaper on the net. Anyone know? Thanks
I buy all my relays etc for friends/projects from an outfit in Cali called Accele. I think you HAVE to be a dealer/business (TIN#) though to order from them anymore these days.
You're right though 6.00 for a relay is highway robbery. Thats the problem with car audio/security components. The markup is about 400% or more. IE: Metra wiring kit from Accelle = 3.00 .. goto bestbuy = 16.00.
Its almost worth your time and money to setup a gimpybusiness like I did to buy direct
Anyway here is their webpage: http://www.accele.com/
Their webpage blows ***, so basically you gotta call em' up and get a catalog (huge.. everything you could ever want for audio/video accessories et al)
I used a couple bosch mini relays on my fuel cutoff, when its tripped you HAVE to hit it with 12+ trigger to activate it again. I did this incase they got to(and they will) the brain. I don't worry about it much anymore though since my car is like 12 years old, off the top stolen list, and sitting on 14" steelies with a stock radio now.
