Default B17/LS VTEC stroker???

ok, i currently have an LS/VTEC engine in my teg, but i also have a spare B17 block too...... would it be possible to re-sleeve and bore the B17 to 84mm, then use the LS crank and rods to accomplish the same power effect, but with the advantage of the oil squirters???
