95 auto accord RPM meter problem, help.
a friend of mine has this problem: 94 or 95 auto accord. when the RPM meter hits 3000, it will just stay there and not go up anymore and the car loses power. It's very sluggish especially when starting from a stop sign or light. Changed the distributor and that didn't help. What can be the problem?
