Do you even plan on racing? Stock is pretty good, you could spend the money elsewhere like tires, or brakes...

What do you plan on doing with your car, exactly? I would only recommended changing the bar if you are tracking the car, specifically with autoX. Otherwise spend your hard earned money else where.

im going to hit the canyons once a week and i want some good handling before i go boost

If you plan on boosting the car then don't get any bar. It will just be in the way of the turbo or supercharger anyway.

Yeah and I dont think a turbo s2000 would be good for mountain runs unless you are a really good driver...
