the ITR trany pops out the 5th gear when on the fwy. i have the Itr engine swapped into a 91 civic si. its only 5th. never changed the clutch since i bought it and have changed the fluid once since i bought it. i mistreat the car rarely and the gears dont grind....thanks for your help!

 

Sounds like the trans fluid is low, have you checked it yet?

 

no i have not checked it...i did more reaserch and ima check that out today and top out the fluid...hopefully its that...thanks!

 

likely already nuked 5th gear and bearings.
