I'm pretty sure it can be done. Dont know how though cause I never done it before. I did see a friend of mines run a gsr head with ITR manifold though.

Jus buy one for a b16.or itr.
You'd probably have to cut the maniolf flange thingy off the gsr and get it welded onto b16 or somthin bootleg like that

This is why most people just go with B16 or ITR heads is because most everything fits those and the GSR head is kind of the odd man out. Major Fab. work just like they said above.

ive currently got a gsr head on my b18b1 bottom end and like the gsr head as the compression with a stock bottom end is higher than a b16/itr head would be. since i part out hondas regualarily i have several b16 intake mani's that are just sitting doing nothing so i decieded to make it fit.

it was very easy actually, you just need to get the gsr intake gasket and put that on the b16 intake mani and redrill the holes accordingly. i redrilled every whole and will also port match the intake so the flow is not messed up. one thing to note is that the coolant port on the pass of the head will not match with the b16 port as its higher so youll have to get creative there.

but it does work and only takes a few hours.
