Icon3 Got 97 Accord into minor accident. Door won't close; tirewell and frame damage. Help!

Alright, so I got into a bit of a minor accident towards the beginning of this month that affected mostly the passenger side front of the car. I've been working on the mechanical part of the job which is pretty straight forward, but there are parts of the bodywork which still perplex me.

The passenger door just won't close evenly:

Now, the top hinge holding the door the the frame appears to be unaffected:

But I believe the problem lies with the bottom hinge:

I'm going to spare you the details, but I wound up hitting the guardrail and it seems the tire buckled inward (middle of driveshaft pulled apart, where the boot covers) so here's a wider shot which I hope gives you a better picture of what's going on with the hinge:

as well as:

I'm somewhat knowledgeable but inexperienced, especially in terms of bodywork. My guess would to go inside the car and pull away the carpet and try to get access to that region. Would I use a sledgehammer to try to push it back outward and into place?

Frame damage:

Here's another big point of concern; the corner under the hood which buckled a little and the fender attaches to:

The hole in the frame that holds the radiator in place with the buckled corner being visible:

The hood- how would you suggest I straighten it?

Now, I'm really tight on money and looking to get it running legally at the cheapest expense. Here are some pics I have remaining from the accident. I would greatly appreciate advice, since I'm a newbie, but it's up to you.

(note, the bumper was damaged by the dumbass, careless wrecker who towed) I'd like to be able to maybe glue it back together as a temporary solution so I can drive it, find some work, and use my earnings to put 'er back like she derserves. Thanks a million guys.

decided to post them as thumbnails which are linked to the full version that I'm hosting on imageshack. To see these in their original size right click (in firefox) and select view image. Is there a better host? Which pic/angle/part are you having trouble seeing? I can take more pictures as needed. I'm just looking for some direction so I don't over/underthink this and make something worse. Thanks.

Youve bent the front rail on it according to the pics. you didnt say if you had access to a welder, if so, the best thign I can recomend is welding a tab on the frame where the lower hinge bolts (at least 1/4 thick) and put a chain on it, and try to yank it out slowly, remember that you must overpull it slightly because the metal will pull back quite a bit. That should get you to where you can bolt stuff on, or have a bodyshop pull it out on a frame rack then bolt the sheet metal back on it.
