try this, read towards the middle. he includes pictures and informs u to purchase the evo h2b kit without mounts and use the 96-00 h series swap mounts.
im not sure if this applies to your chassis but hope it helps some or points u in the correct direction.

with the qsd kit, you use the same mounts that you would use to swap in a b series. the mounts and rear bracket is for a b series and you use the motor bracket that is supplied in the qsd kit.

Any B-series aftermarket (HAsport, Innovative, az race, ebay, ext) mounts designed to install a b16,b18,b20 into the 88-91 civic chassis will work with Quartersports H2B kit. There are some differences if your are using a hydraulic transmission.

Try these

www.hasport.com
www.innovativemounts.com
www.azracemachine.com
ebay.com (search b18 crx mounts)

You would have to talk to QSD about the engine bracket that mounts to the timing belt side of the engine. Are you saying you have the qsd kit and missing that bracket?

I would think they would sell you that bracket. but the chassis mount is a 88-91 B-SERIES SWAP MOUNT
