Would help to know the year of both cars.
The 1st gen TSX ballast will fit AP2s. I have them on my AP2 headlights.

No they will not fit. The AP2 and the TSX share a ballast. The AP1 ballast is huge in comparison. It's like 3 or 4X the size.
You can rig up some brackets, though...and silicone the opening.
