Default Rocker arm click

I have a D16Y8 motor and have been having some issues with it. There is a ticking noise coming from the engine and initially I thought it was a valve problem but after doing compression tests have ruled that out. After doing some reasearch I figured it was some worn LMA's (Loss motion assemblies) so I replaced all 4 and that didn't solve the problem. So I took off the valve cover and starter it up and narrowed the noise down to a single rocker arm. When I push the rocker arm to the left (towards the passenger side) the noise totally goes away. So would that be a bent rocker arm? Or a worn down spacer. I have attached a picture so you can see what I'm talking about.
