Default Seat Back brace types?

Is this seat back brace good enough for NHRA Rules? It looks like it would be and a simple piece to add into a car without having to go through fabrication. I was going to order one for my Kirkey but wanted to get opinions, the rules do not state against it and of course rules are made to be interpreted in this situation.

While I'm sure it's just fine, call NHRA and/or email that link to them and you'll have your answer on the spot.

That's a nice piece for people who don't want to bring their cars some place for a simple seat brace and can't weld.

Good point, had tech been better they would have been SOL though.

Try calling the mfg. of that brace too, I'm sure they wouldn't make something that isn't legal. Probably easier than manipulating NHRA's phone menu haha

I would probably have to due away with the ball lock pin if I used the original posted one, it states in the rules about not having ball lock pins.

I already have a cage so size doesnt matter at this mount this thing is universal.
