ok, my situation is as followed. I just got a bone stock 98 hatch from an old guy. the hatch has a honda optional sunroof. however when i press the switch it is not opening. can anyone help me in determining the problem? I have not taken down the cover to check the switch or the motor so i do not know much details yet because i bought it and took it straight to my garage.

they didnt make usdm hatchbacks with moonroofs..

 

I heard it wasnt optional for hatchbacks not even at the dealer. I heard of people/shops do aftermarket sunroofs but i dont know which is true
