Just had my car dynoed at Churches. Very happy with the results and the car drives great.
I will post the graph soon. Throttle response is much improved!

TBS
K&N drop in filter
Vibrant cat-less RH
HKS Sport TI cat back exhaust

Redline readjusted to 8600 RPM
Vtec readjusted to 4800 RPM

Will get graph up soon. Biggest gain was midrange torque, between 5000 and 7000 RPM.

Thanks. It's like driving another car. The new found torque makes a big difference and I was able to also get rid of the CEL from not having a CAT. The guys at Churches really do a great job.

1-4 is identical to the SI. Only real difference is the Final Drive @ 5.062 vs 4.764.

The RRC is the 2007+ Civic Type R intake manifold, and it's 100% bolt on for the 2006+ Civic Si. All sensors swap right over.

Don't you mean 1-3? 4-6 are shorter on the ITR.

I suggest you be careful with the higher Redline. The block is balanced to 10,000rpm, but the valve train is not. I was advised against increasing my Redline without changing out my springs and retainers. Just a thought I would pass this along.

Congrats on the numbers, they look good.

Who advised you of this?

I bet even HONDATA is being conservative when they modified the redline to 8600 with their original reflash

i dont think they're being too conservative. 8600 rpm is when the oil pump loses efficiency. so setting the redline to 8600, would just make sure the motor doesnt lose any efficiency in lubrication. but that doesnt mean the wear and tear aspect is covered also.

20%? Its a hub dyno that SHOULD read about 5% higher which is about what it reads...no where near 20%

Unless you think with ALL those mods the kid only makes 180whp with a K series...seriously

It should be about 212-215whp on a 248c dyno jet with those numbers....hardly "retarded high" for his mods

Are you suggesting our engines can rev safely at 10k and up?
