Icon3 b20b Question need help! And b16 head V.S Gsr head?

Well i got a question with a da that has a b20b. Ive been told the b20b has a low compression ratio and i was just wondering if i am able to replace the pistons and if so wich ones? for a higher compression... maybe the b20z pistons?

Now for a b20v wich head would be better to put on a b20b block?

This question has been asked millions of time. Search the forum. The type of head used is all based on the builder's preference in affiliation with the type of setup the builder wants, and the hp goal the builder wants to achieve. Typically, the gsr head will yield a slightly higher compression than the b16 head. Higher compression piston? There is a variety to choose from. Good luck.

Depending on your goals and what your doing, the Gsr head will give a slight bump in compression. As far as pistons go, a friend of mine uses Accord Euro R pistons with his B20vtec setup.
