Default brake problems

Brakes are starting to seem squishy. Really in reverse they seem to not be there. I have upgraded the rears to disc and kept all other OG stuff. Not sure whats going on but i am thinking it is the brake booster. Trying to get a second opinion. Car has been doing find brake wise until recently.

A bad brake booster does NOT cause the symptoms you describe. A bad master cylinder, bulging hoses, leaks, ect causes brake fade or "squishiness".

I would bet on the Master Cylinder (if you bleed the brakes right that is...).

I agree try bleeding the brakes before replacing parts!
