Default FS: CR-V K24 SHORT BLOCK

I work at a honda dealership and i swapped in a new motor in a 2005 cr-v. it was a bullshit warranty job for the used car departent. im selling the short block which is very very fresh.
motor has 32,355 miles exactly. i got screwed over on warranty labor so im trying to re-coupe 400 but will be happy with anything close

looked like it rear ended a dump truck or something and the hood was smashed back to the point where it broke the valve cover, they didnt want to take the chance, so honda paid the warranty job to replace the motor and they sent it to the auction since it still had so low of miles

it was a core.. it sat in the parts room for 2 months. so they said i could have it. we have all kinds of **** that get warrantied and sit and usually after 2 months that means theyre not gonna pick it up. also considering that i work at a service center, it happens more often then it should...and yeah i didnt kno why they would warranty that to , but dealerships are gay. they warranty anything and everything

Ive been a tech at acura for 5 years. you would be surprised how much the service writers can manipulate the system and get anything covered under warranty. with big things like a trans (manual) and or heads or shortblocks, they usually don't ask for them back and they usually get junked.
