i got a 97 prelude it doesnt start. the dash lights dont come on even with a brand new battery. You can hear the beeping from the key. but no lights no start. I only have the spare key but its been started and running fine with that key. any ideas Thanks

 

the first place to start is the chain of power from the battery. do you have headlights? if so, the cables are probably connected, if not make sure the battery cable from the positive post to the relay box is ok. the relay box or fuse block is the next place to go.
