EG hatch....if you have an EF hatch (no rex please) it may be acceptable only if it is in **** condition. Looking to buy TOMORROW (Friday)

Yeah I am picky as hell.

-clean title
-straight body
-clean paint with no mismatched pannels. Also asking jams/bay/interior to be all the same color. Small door dings/scratches acceptable.
-clean interior
-b16/b18c swap with less than 80k
-no grinds
-bar'd
-if you are not bar'd please have papers for motor and be obd1
-no mechanical issues. very very minor ones may be acceptable.
-passes smog

Also JDM apearance mods don't matter too much to me. If you have rare interior/exterior parts feel free to take them off before selling as long as you put stock items back on and everything is complete.

Im older for someone who wants a hatch and will be using a hatch for auto-x/ backup duty.

Would prefer i/h/e mods, upgraded springs/shocks/or coils, sways, etc.

I have $3500 for bar'd cars, $3000 for non-bar'd... the economy is shitty y'all
