i knw i ask alot of questions but cnt seem to find the size bulb for the fog lights on a 92 lude ??? does any one knw...

(ie. the low beam uses a 9006 and high beam uses 9005)
so wat bout the fog lights?

p.s not my car got it on google =]

 

k i found out its an H3 bulb but that wasnt the problem, the lights still dnt work and the fuse is fine im so confused......

 

Did you just hook these up or did you have them working at some time?

well previous owner had them already in, n it looks like in OEM spot on the left tweeter so it aint a mod, so im assuming once i got the car they just stopped working, and the bulbs look fine wen i took one out

any idea where the relay is at and how i check if its bad?

 

It's under the dash on the driver side, you'll have to remove some paneling to get to it. It will be grounded to the cruise control computer and will have a brown plug going into it.

No it's just for the fog lights, small black relay, pretty hard to miss. If you don't have one you can find the 4 wire brown plug taped to the wiring harness with blue tape. Check this picture to find it, you don't need the sub harness that's shown, just cut some of the loom/tape and pull the plug closer.

 

yes i used that same thing to plug my relay in.. be careful though. as the factorty alarm uses the same type relay and is easyer to find then the foglight one.

when i did mine i was like sweet theres already a relay here but its not working/clicking took me hours to relize that deeper in the dash there was another one of these spots for a relay. so i just took the one from the factory alarm out (i got aftermarket anyways) and pluged it in to the foglight harness...
