My car runs and drive fine until it warms up. That's when it start surging. I've sprayed carb cleaner at the manifold for vacuum leaks and everytime I directly spray it at the IACV and the upper hose (see pic) it stall. I've changed the upper and lower hose but it didn't help. Can it be a bad IACV gasket? thanks for the help.

had a similar problem with my car and took off the icav cleaned it really well with brakeclean and installed a new gasket..dont know if it was actually the gasket or cleaning the valve that fixed my problem tho

 

yep. clean out the iacv and consider replacing the seal in there if it's not in the best shape.
