I never worked on those before but I'm willing to give it a try. Off the bat, I can most likely do the needles and numbers either red or yellow. As for CF bezel, I can't be able to do it just from looking at it. Amber light up and redline light up, I won't know until I open it up.

I can do GSR clusters. I can make them light up amber, adjust the mileage, give it either red or yellow numbers. CF and redline isn't applicable for teggy cluster. But if you really want the CF bezel, you can buy the same ones that come on the ITR's via eBay. Redline can't be done since there's a piece of plastic covering the area where the redline is, so I won't be able to touch it.
