i have a 1997 integra gsr and i installed a intake manifold and when i was messing around i found out there was an adjuster screw on the left side of the fuel rail underneath a cap. while i took off the cap a screw fell out and i found it and was wondering what this is for and what it adjusts ??? and should i tighten it all the way or no??
