Default *product review* PCI header gaurd and CTRwing adjusters!

first of all i would like to thank charles for hooking me up with the first run of wing adjusters. the overall quality of these pieces are awesome....the fitment and hardware are also great so here are the pics!

here are some close ups of it mounted...

here are some angles to show how it looks, i didnt want to do the gangmember tilt that you see so often these days so these were at its lowest point...

ok on to the cool stuff..well how many of you have purchased a high dollar header and tagged it on the pavement? this problem can be resolved by the PCI header gaurd. fitment is great, the finish is even better. what you will see in the pics are my old header gaurd which saved my header, and the new one that i recieved that is zinc plated....the part is very nice, and is made of steel. this piece is a lifesaver. protect your investment!!

on to the pics....
this is the after pic of my first header gaurd..as you can see it has been through alot... notice the anodized black coating and the new zinc coating...dope!

here is a side profile shot of the piece...as you can see there are 3 slots where the bands that wrap around the header go through...this protects them from getting mangled when the shield is in contact with something...

this is the zinc plated piece that i recieved from PCI....

here you can clearly see the 3 slots where the bands go through...

this is what the bottom of my header looks like...DTR stainless 4-2-1 for k series...unfortunately i found the header gaurd AFTER i nailed it a couple times on some rediculous roads and driveways here around town...

here is what the shield looks like once the bands are installed..notice how they are tucked above the shield so that they dont take a beating when the shield is getting worked..

here is the piece installed...all you do is tighten up the worm clamps and youre set!!!

so next time you are in a situation where you can really fuGG up your header, have no fear you got the pci gaurd to save your investment!!!

btw if you are interested in any of these awesome products, hit up Pro car innovations email at.... charles.pcieng@gmail.com!!
until next time...peace out niggies! :bear:
