Can anyone identify this Flange?

i picked up a d-series manifold with a bunch of parts and im wondering if anyone knows what flange this is and/or what it will bolt up to. thanks

I believe that's an HF manifold and nothing will bolt up except the stock cat for that model civic... you can make or have an adaptor plate made that will make anything bolt up.

what he said. look around , someone used to sell an adapter plate for it.
