Default wheels in a pinch

hey im getting ready to buy an s2000 and im getting a great deal, but the guy wants to keep his wheels. i have a set of 4 front ap1 wheels that my friend wears sometimes on his integra type r. i understand that the fitment will be off and it will probably look funny, but if i needed to could i put 4 front wheels on the s2000 just to drive it until i buy different wheels. not asking if it will look ok just asking if it is possible

yes it is possible, the fronts fit on the rear fine, not vice versa. just know that you should be careful driving, thats a lot less grip in the rear. Invest in the rears soon!

Yup no problem. I used an old set for a drift event, worked fine. can't say as much for the tires though

keep the speed low for a week - which isn't bad advice anyways..

Yeah you should be fine though. Even then it's not like you are riding really small tires. Just watch for water or ice etc. no worries. Congrats on the S btw. Seems like new owners are popping up everywhere. I guess winter is the time to buy it anyways lol

yup im really excited to finally own own ive wanted one since before i could drive. so the main point of this thread doesnt matter anymore i found a killer deal on a complete set of ap1 wheels with new tires $325! and the wheels are very clean! so new question i have a set of (2) 245/45/16 tires in my garage, when i end up needing rear tires again could i throw those on, or is that too wide for a stock rear ap1 wheel?
