so im looking into getting some buddy club spec 3+ cams for my itr swap. Stock usdm motor with 2-layer head gasket. What kinda increase do they cams give? Im doing a mild build but dont wanna take apart the block just beef up the head some and doing basic bolts on. Would these cams be good for my setup along with buddy club cam gears? This is my everyday driver and once in a while 1/4
Stock itr usdm motor
2-layer head gasket
3 inch intake with aem dryflow filter
spoolinperformance toda replica header
greddy evo2 cat back (for now)
then hondata tune
8500 rev limit

For a simple basic set-up these cams will be fine. Good selection if your not planning on tearing into the head.
The header you have listed is crap for a ITR, that header is best on a 1.6ltr. Much better selections out there. Look into a V-Stack on the end of your CAI.
You may need to start looking into larger injectors. Double check the duty cycle when you get it tuned.

The RMF replica seems to perform well on 1.8L's. Not too much data to support it, but I would probably run that compared to a HyTech Replica if you are trying to keep a budget.
Other good performing 1.8L cams are Rocket M22X (and M22XX).
I tuned a BC3+ USDM ITR a few years ago and it made 194whp Dynojet. But on the same Dyno there was a JDM ITR with M22XX and a SSR Sweeper that put down 210whp.
Your supporting modifications are going to be just as important, as well as the tune.

Yea im having a hard time finding any info on the rmf header. And i really like the fact that i can use stock itr valve drain with the buddy club cams. Also been debating on getting the performer x manifold from edelbrock. Any input on this as well
I'll let you know about the Performer X in about 2 weeks. I will be changing out my entire intake system and will be using that Intake.
