Bump because as a former GSXR 600 and SV650R owner, I can say I love bikes and I love low-CC bikes too.
These bikes have a very forgiving throttle control for beginner riders. Accidentally torquing your throttle is very common and on a 600 CC bike it can lead to disastrous consequences. My friend no longer has an arm because he decided a 1000CC twin would be his first bike.
The 250 Ninja looks good, it's comfortable and you get ridiculous gas mileage on it.
Anyone considering a first bike - This is the one you should consider.
