Default miss shifted from fourth to third

i was doin a pull on the freeway and i misshifted from fourth to third. i let the clutch out and almost instantly pushed it back in. i saw the tach hit 9k ish. the car still runs. not many funny noises that are out of the ordinary and no smoke comming out the back.

how likely is it that i did some damage to my motor that wont manifest itself right away?

its a 01 integra with a gt28rs 1000 cc injectors tuned to 10 psi on aem series 2.

if nothing seems wrong with your car then why ask? Keep the speeding on the track. Honda-tech members despise idiotic speeding.

Yeah if nothing seems out of the norm, then don't be worried. If something was damaged you would have noticed it after.

You could always do a comp. test as a double-check.

Yeah you would know if you did any damage right away if the car idles a little funny indicating a bent valve(s). A friend of mine did the same thing and had a tapping sound coming from the head. After the valve adjustment everything sounded and ran fine.
