Default EF D16Y7, need help!!

I have a check engine light and was told that the car is spitting out two codes the codes are
1st code 10 Intake Air Temp Sensor/Circuit
2nd code 14 Electronic Air Control Valve Circuit

A little background, my 89 hatch has a D16y7 swap, the ecu is a PM6 L080. I noticed that there isnt a jumper harness installed. Do i need one? and if so, which one?

I bought the IAT sensor and its supposed to be mounted on the bottom of the air cleaner housing, thing is, the housing in my car doesn't have a place to mount it on the housing. I included a pic of my engine bay, it looks like there is a sensor coming out of the actual tubing from the air cleaner......could this be the IAT??

Someone please help! Thanks in advanced!
