Default Car won't start.

My friend and i put a d16a6 in his 90 civic dx. The car ran perfect for 3 weeks or so and then the other day when he got home he turned the car off and when he went out to try to start it again it wouldn't start. He replaced the plugs, cap, and rotor because when we pulled a plug it had no spark when you turned it over. Still it didn't start. We took my complete distributer off my car (89 crx si) and put it on his car and it still wouldn't start. We put his ecu in my car and it worked fine. We also tried my injector resistor in his car but that didn't work either. He said he got gas about 130 miles ago acording to his trip meter so we are sure there is gas in it. We also checked for continuity in the distributer wires that we had to add for the swap. I think the problem is in the ignition because there is no spark when you pull a plug and let it sit on the valve cover when you turn it over. Any suggestions would be great!!

Default Re: Car won't start. (simike)

I did some searching and saw that alot of the cars with the same problems needed a main relay. So that is what we did and the car started right up.
