yes this came off a ls vtec setup. and yes there are all the washers lol pics are funny but they are all accounted for.
the discoloration is from arp moly assy lube. i dont like to keep head studs dry. keeps them fresh when u want to use them.

unfortunately im not looking into any trades. im trying to rid of quality parts in my garage! i really like to finish up what i have and move on.
