When you are adjusting them to preload, do load toward the back of the car or pull the control arms toward the front of the car? Are you supposed to make the arms longer or shorter?

What's your experience as to how many turns you needed to get rid of wheel hop? I'm at 4 turns toward the back (making the bars longer) now and i've still got slight wheel hop.

i adjusted my bars to pull the wheels forward and i have no more wheel hop. I have my bars about three turns from no preload
