Jdm gsr ecu in a usdm gsr motor..
I've search but I haven't really found anything that helps.....Usdm gsr ecu vs jdm gsr ecu
So I had a stock p72 ecu in my car it ran good.. But my friend let my borrow his jdm gsr ecu... For some reason the car felt faster like if the car got more power thru the rpms not like when I had the stock usdm p72... Is it just me or it does make a difference? Because if anything I'll get my p28 chip with a jdm gsr map.... Any input would help thanks....

The difference could have been due to multiple variables or simply a placebo effect.
You can chip a p28 ecu with a good basemap for your engine application & it should out perform both ecus. (Assuming you are using an intake/header/exhaust & skunk2 style intake manifold).

Maybe... Well I do have a skunk2 intake mani header and exhaust... So what basemap you think would be a good one? Or do I have too get my car tuned?
