Icon2 h22 91 civic fuel overload

I have been working on this project for quiet some time now and finally getting super close for it to be finished. The problem I have right now is that the motor is getting wayyyyyyyyy to much fuel, as in i can see it squirt out my exhaust win i rev it. Fuel wise i have: aem fuel rail, aem fuel regulator, brand new fuel filter, and walbro fuel pump. I have the stock p13 ecu running the car right now so am rather confused as to why their is so much fuel being pumped through the engine. I have tried to check to see what codes I am throwing, because my check engine light is on, but when I jumper the plug to have my check engine light flash me the codes...it doesn't flash at all, i figured this maybe because I swapped over to an integra gsr gauge cluster...I also checked my tps sensor and set it to .5 volts so that isn't the issue either...any ideas?

So is it more then likely the p13 just wanting to spew fuel into the motor?

Or should I not worry about it and drive it straight to the tuner when I am finished with the car, because I have a p72 with hondata s300 on it.

Figure out what's wrong with your CEL.

Check your fuel pressure.
Try the stock fuel regulator.
Check the fuel return line to make sure it's not damaged and is working properly.
Try a different set of injectors.

plugged in the p72 with hondata, and was getting code 13 and code 16, I disabled the code 13 with hondata since I read somewhere that it isn't a big issue. My fuel return line is brand new. After turning the car on with the changes above the car idles and revs perfectly fine, but i still have stuff coming out my exhaust...I decided to make sure it was fuel and try to light it on fire but didn't light, so could it just be a crapload of condensation? And to fix the code 16, is their any way i can test to make sure it is my injectors, or injector relay box, before buying more crap?

Story is getting all jumbled.

So YES it might be condensation.
How long do you let it run and still see stuff coming out the exhaust?

Running on a P72 map should run a little lean so it shouldn't dump fuel.

Can you catch whatever is coming out the exhaust in a can and see what it smells like by itself?

i am running on a h22 base stock map on the p72 because it has s300 on it, I have let idle idle for 20ish mins. and rev it up and it will shoot out the exhaust, it isn't slimey, rather clear with hint of yellow to it and smells like nothing once I get out of the garage so i don't smell exhaust anymore.

After finding information elsewhere I figured I would update this so if anyone else has this problem they know. The jdm p72 doesn't have the sensors that correspond to code 13 and code 16. Code 13 doesn't do much unless you drive your car through elevation changes. To disable them you can go to the misc. tab on smanager and have the codes checked off to be disabled. As for my excessive exhaust liquid I am no longer worried about since I know my injectors are fine and working correctly after checking them all, and numbers on smanager are all fine. Must be how my exhaust is made that has condensation.
