5th gen Honda Prelude Headlight adjustment
I have a question about how to adjust the headlights, I've been trying to get it right, but it seems that even when I match the bubble up to the 0 on the gauge, it still looks a little weird. i was wondering, for the vertical gear, which way do you have to turn your screwdriver to make the headlights go up and which way do you turn it to go down, also for the horizontal gear, which way do you turn it to make your headlights go left and which way do you turn it to go right?
should be in your manual
first off before anything - drive up against a wall, tape off the brightest part and then aim it to that
back it up and then do the horizontal to bring the light in focus - left turn goes left, right turn goes right
if you have any broken clips it WILL throw off that little air bubble

Fill up the tire pressure to the way you like it. Then align so the bottom of the bubble sits at the 0 mark (the bubble should be on the side close to you if you are standing in front of the car. I do it that way to account for passenger weight and to illuminate the road better. That is the way I have always done it on Honda cars and it has worked fine. Left to right adjustment is more tricky.
