Default What shift linkage pin and other misc. parts for 91 b16?

Trying to round up the last few parts for my swap. I know I need a pin for the shift linkage, and a few misc. hoses. Anything else you guys want to suggest? I think I have everything but want to hear some of the things that are usually forgotten.
The b16 is going into 91 CRX si.

Thanks for the help,

Monty

Use the same pin that came out if you didn't loose it. Its a good idea to change timing belt, water pump, and tensioner. Its easier to change these parts while its on an engine stand. Your gonna need to mod you throttle and clutch cable. The sleeves are too long. You can always buy teg cables. Bash the frame rail and put the smalles alt belt you can on. Make sure your not missing nay important parts. Good luck on your swap

What kind of tranny do you have? You probably need to replace the electronic VSS sender on your tranny with a cable driven one. Here are some links:

...If the engine is still out, I would replace your FRONT cam seals, as they are harder to get to than the rears. - You might also check the oil pan gasket & if you replace that, replace your rear main seal (it is held in with a plate which is bolted onto the back of the block (two studs go through the back of the oil pan) & uses HONDA-BOND). Cheap insurance.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE HONDA-BOND. Get it at the dealer for like $13-15.

Do you have extra shielded wire & ECU pins to re-pin your ECU harness & run the extra wires needed?
Here is a link to give you an idea of what you need to do...

Spark plugs (any B-series motor), cap & rotor kit (90 Integra - dealer part # 06303-PR4-000), thermostat & spark plug O-rings (94 del sol DOHC VTEC)

oh, yeah - new axle nuts & cotter pins.

Also, I was told if you replace the water pump & timing belt, make sure they are from the same car (you can use the 94 del sol DOHC VTEC). I believe this is so the teeth match up with the timing belt.

Thanks for the replies. I have the J1 tranny so I will read the threads above. This part definately seems like a pain, so hopefully it goes ok. I did the timing belt, alt belt, tensioner, oil pan gasket, int mani gasket, exhaust mani gasket, thermostat, rear main seal, front seal, cam seals, water pump, clutch, connecting pipe o rings, spark plug o rings, oil control orfice o ring, cylinder head plug, and a bunch of other little parts.
Im going for "no Leaks!"
I'm waiting on Hasports sub harness, and AC bracket within the next week. Just trying to minimize my trips back and forth to honda.

If you can think of anything else...Post Up!

thanks,

Monty
