Default Need Help

I have a 96 Honda Civic Hatchback, when I start it up I hear a whinning sound, I know there is an issue with the power steering, it leaks fluid, the pulley next to power steering pump seems to have a wobble as well, now the whinning is really noticable when accelerating, first thought was transmission, when I stop you can barely hear it or not at all, then driving again it gets louder, car does shift smooth doesn't miss any gears no burning smell either, also when I am in park and just rev my engine it makes the whinning sound just like if I am actaully driving. Any suggestions?, please help
