i need to kow how to rebuild a 1 gen b16 distributor....(what parts i can use, what parts i should replace) Basically, the car boggs when i come off the line until 2 grand, and it makes a loud grinding noise when i start the car. Thanks

 

Rotor button and Ditro Cap. ? . Thats all I can think of that you really could replace.. anyone else?
