Default Which Brand for a Header and an Echaust?

Ok I have a 2000 Civic SI and i have some extra money laying around and have been doing alot of research and think i have narrowed it down to

GReddy, Megan Racing, or DC Sports for the Header

GReddy Ti-C Cat back or Skunk2 Cat Back or Apexi-N1

Any suggestions?

Keep saving and get a better header. You may want to do some more homework on the header selections. A lot of people like the hytech or rmf replicas if your on a budget.

As others have said, the Kidd racing RMF narrow replica is good as is the spoolin performance toda replica. The stock cat is very restrictive because it's outlet is less than 2" so an aftermarket cat and free flowing exhaust in the 2.5-3" range is ideal.

The toda replica made by spoolin performance and the RMF replica by kiddracing header.
I personally like the hytech twin loop for an exhaust flows well and is reasonably quiet .

I have this exhaust on my car and love it. Great power without the loud noise.

I know I made 2-3whp off my b16a2 using a one piece jdm itr header.

I am also a member at ek9.org where a guy claims he gained about 10whp on a fully stock b16a2 off a cai,itr header, gutted cat (catless basically),2,25 inche piping into a +06 rsx-s muffler and claims its almost stock quiet on partial throttle yet very nice on wot.

wanted to see if any others have used this setup?
