Icon2 Function 7 sway bar bushings installed how?

Hey. I have some Function 7 aluminum sway bar bushings for a ITR rear bar, and I need to know how they are installed. Which side does the tapered pieces go (inside/outside)?

Also, I'm using EM1 sway links from Moog; do I need the nut that's already threaded on, or can I take it off? Stock doesn't have a nut, just a sort of thick washer. The nut pushes the link pretty far to the outside. It makes me think I should use the far outside LCA hole on my Skunk2 arms. Thanks.
