I have 2 97 accords so I can swap out any parts. Here the problem When I turn on the ac neither fan works When I jump the the thermo switch fan doesn't com on, but I hear the relay click,

 

Did you hook up power directly to the fan motors to see if they work?

Did you go through the areas for trouble shooting in this other thread, such as fuses, motor, etc.?

The only thing I didn't do is direct power to the fans

 

Try to connect direct power to each of the fans individually. That way you can isolate if the motors are bad or not.

 

Ok when I look at the diagram the A pin wich is on the left of the lock has a black wire connected to the plug and B pin has a blue wire it looks like the diagram is from a different year wich could be opposit? When I connect the fan as shown in the diagram it doesn't turn on. I haven't tried the radiator fan its a b to get to.

 

The diagram is for 5th gen Accords. Black is negative, and Blu/Blk is positive as shown in this fan controls diagram.

Usually, with any motor, if the wires are hook up differently, all the motor does is spin in the opposite direction. Your motor may be bad. Switch the battery power to positive to Blu and negative to Blk anyways and see if it does anything.

 

Radiator works condenser doesn't

 

Okay, we know the condensor fan will need to be replaced.

Now we move on the why the radiator fan is not going on. You said you checked the fuses. You jumped the thermo-switch; but, radiator fan doesn't go on and you hear a click in the relay. Swap the radiator fan relay first and see if the radiator fan will go on after jumping the thermo-switch. If it still doesn't then the thermo-switch may be bad. If it works after the swapping of the relay, then it was the relay. There are ways to test the relay with a multimeter, let me know if you need that (but, the swap may show it already).

 

Swapped the relay jumped the fan still didn't. It couldn't be the switch because I jumped the fan and it didn't come on.

 

Then it is probably related to no power and something with the fuse or harness wiring, as stated in this link:

Double-check the fuses first.

 

Good news bad news. Started checking everything again this morning, when I jumped the fan switch the fan started up right away. Started the car up to warm it up to see if the fan would come on the temp stayed normal. Went back to jump the fan switch didn't work, but while jumping the switch I spun the fan and it started. I tried this a couple of times same thing. I guess the fan motor is bad. Thanks for your help.
