just started a new project
civic '90,dpfi d15b2 engine

just done with the mpfi swap,the car runs good,starts with pm7 ecu,no cel codes
but.
i need to convert it to use p28ecu.
bought boomslang harness plugged,but the car wont start.
i changed the distributor to a d16z dist
the car still wont start
tryed with a virgin p28,and with a chipped.
but!
if remove chip from the chipped p28 the car starts.
can anybody tell me what is the solution for this problem?
