ITR strut mounts on EG

ITR strut mounts on EG
In order for me to replace my EG's worn strut mounts with ITR, which parts from the link below do I need?
for the front (I would say #9 and may be #8 and #11 also):

and the rear (I would say #11 and may be #2 and #12):

I assume all metal hardware is the same between EG and DC2 ITR.
