Well I have a 91EF and want to run the exhaust only back to just before the gas tank. I need to find the quietest way of doing this. With the length and room I have to work with the only thing I can think of is using two glass packs right after the cat. Is their something els I can do or has someone done this.

 

no, dont use glass packs from what i hear they make loud noises. just add a universal muffler. 2 if possible. but you will loose power and back pressure too.

 

But I cant fit a universal muffler. I only have five inchs and most for 58" off the header back.
